To assist parishes and deaneries in evaluating ministries, the Office of Pastoral Resources and Planning created a Parish Ministries Assessment Tool. The tool uses the categories of Word, Worship, Community and Service. An introduction to the categories is included. Parishes can adapt it as they see fit, including using the additional questions offered separately for each category. There is also a Follow Up Worksheet available to help prioritize results.
